$3,750 Buddy Hunt - Whitetail
This 4-day, 3-night package is for TWO HUNTERS and is only $1,875 each ($3,750 total).
These $3,750 Buddy Hunts are available on the following dates for 2011:
Our Buddy Hunt includes:
NOTE: Buddy hunts include the harvest of at least ONE doe. The number of does allowed for harvest and the species of does to be harvested is determined in October of each year and is dependent upon the results of our wildlife census.
Included animals that you may harvest:
Your choice includes one of the following animals:
** After you harvest your whitetail buck, or exotic buck, you may hunt for a whitetail buck in our high fenced pastures per the Classic Hunting Agreement. The second buck is limited to a management buck. Our management bucks are whitetail bucks that have less than 8 points and are at least 2½ years old.
NOTE: Our biggest low fenced whitetail bucks are generally shot in December of each year. This is when the weather is cold, the deer are hungry and the big, mature bucks will cover a lot of ground looking for un-bred does. The mature bucks move long distances late in the season and this is the perfect time to hunt for them. After you harvest your whitetail buck, or exotic buck, you may hunt for a second whitetail buck in our high fenced pastures per the Hunting Agreement. The second buck is limited to a management buck.
This Two Person Hunt is ideal for friends, couples or adult/youth hunters and saves you a ton of money BUT, there are only a limited number of these hunts offered.
These $3,750 Buddy Hunts are available on the following dates for 2011:
- December 15-18 - (Reserve it!)
- December 19-22 - (Reserve it!)
- December 27-30 - (Reserve it!)
Our Buddy Hunt includes:
- Deluxe double occupancy rooms with private bath
- All meals and snacks
- Open bar after the afternoon hunt
- Professional Hunting guide
- Transportation while on the ranch
- The use of one of our hunting rifles if necessary and ammunition
- Field dressing and cold storage of animals harvested
- Caping of the trophies you want to have mounted

- One black buck antelope of ANY size
- One fallow buck of ANY size
- One Texas Dall Sheep of ANY size
- One Sika Bull of ANY size
- One Hawaiian Black Ram of ANY size
- One Aoudad Ram of ANY size

Our Buddy Hunt for exotics includes:
BONUS BUCK: Hunter may harvest a second exotic male animal of any size and species if they harvest 3 exotic females BEFORE shooting the second exotic male. If Hunter shoots a second exotic male BEFORE they shoot their 3 exotic females, they will pay a $1,500 trophy fee. The trophy fee will be returned if the Hunter shoots and brings in 3 exotic females before the end of their hunt.
GUARANTEE: SLR will provide a credit of $750 if Hunter does not harvest a second exotic male during this hunt. This credit is non-transferrable, must be used and the hunt must be concluded before December 31, 2012.
